Marianne McGregor is a powerful voice in UK Jazz. Awarded ‘Best Vocalist’ at the Scottish Jazz Awards 2023, Marianne has been delighting sell-out audiences with her impressive voice and scat-singing. Using her voice like an instrument, Marianne sings with tone and sincerity that can both break your heart and provide the antidote all in one performance. Alongside her star-studded band of top Scottish Jazz musicians, the group will deliver an impressive concert at the Blue Lamp in April. The programme will featuring new original songs from Marianne’s upcoming album ‘Make Believe’ and fresh takes on classic jazz, new and old, with exciting improvisation and awe-inspiring musicianship.
